REP consists of maintained schools and academies with 51 primary schools and four special schools as full members and nine secondary and two primary schools as associate members.

The REP focus is on building strong partnerships by collaborating and co-operating with these schools, the Local Authority, Teaching School Hubs and other local and national organisations to create and support autonomous, high quality educational opportunities for all children as well as improving the professional ambitions of staff.

REP strives for school excellence within the partnership through school-to-school support, challenge and accountability.

Our aim is to lead and sustain success for all Redbridge children in highly effective schools.

Member schools will continue to be accountable to their local communities, speaking with one voice and shared values whilst protecting the autonomy of individual schools.
