Early Career Teacher Programme (ECTE 2025)
Redbridge Education Partnership is a delivery partner for University College London (UCL).
We offer a research informed package of support for teachers as they continue their journey into the teaching profession following their ITT route.
The ECT programme is delivered over two years using a blend of self-study, online meetings, in-person training and enquiry based learning.
